Good day.

We do apologized for some delay on the shipment.

For International Customer, we always do our best to maintain the 7-10 business days schedule and deliver our goods to our customer's door as swiftly as possible.

However, due to holidays, delivery took a little long. I ask for your kind understanding on this matter. As I have checked, all items are in preparation and expected to leave our warehouse anytime soon.  Rest assured we will continue to coordinate with the shipping team to expedite the process and email you the tracking no. as soon as it is available.
